The fodder packing machine is a new generation intelligent packing machine developed by us. It mainly packs in 25-50kg bags, and it comes with two types: MDCS25 and MDCS50. It features reasonable structure, graceful shape, stable performance, unpowered packing, energy efficiency, easy operation, and precise weighing.
1. It feeds material by taking advantage of the weight of the material itself, and has control functions like automatic feeding, weighing, bag holding, material unloading and bag dropping.
2. The control system has coarse/fine flow material feeding settings, and has functions like auto/manual peeling, automatic zero setting, automatic error correction, out-of-tolerance alarm and automatic failure diagnosis. It has high speed A/D converting function up to 100 times/second, which enables it to react swiftly to instant weight changes. It also has functions like weighing setting, storing, and modification.
3. The weighing system adopts high precision sensors with great sensibility, long service lives and high accuracy.
