It uses plastic woven open-mouth bags, and the entire packing and conveying process includes bag inserting, bag holding, filling, bag dropping, sealing, and conveying. It mainly packs in 25-50kg bags, and features reasonable structure, graceful shape, stable performance, unpowered packing, energy efficiency, easy operation, and precise weighing.
After connecting the machine to power in the correct order, gently press the limit switch, and insert the bag manually. The bag holder fixes the bag firmly at the material outlet, and the coarse and fine flow systems starts to work simultaneously. The sensors begin to measure and send weight signals to the control instrument. When the bag weight is about to reach the set value, the weight signal is transmitted from the sensors to the weighing control instrument and tells the coarse flow to close, while the fine flow continues to feed. When the set value is reached, the control instrument signals the fine flow to close, so the fine flow speed reducer shuts down and stops feeding. When the material fully enters the packing bag, the control instrument sends out a signal to let the bag holder open. Then the material bag drops down to the belt conveyor.
