The LW-2A material level control instrument absorbs the advantages of other material level instruments, and has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good reliability, strong anti-interference ability, and intuitive display. The signal detected by the sensor is amplified to 0-5VDC, and then the signal is sent to the panel manual given comparator to compare the same kind of given signal. At the same time, the instrument panel converts the analog signal into a digital signal and directly displays the material level digitally. When the material level exceeds the artificially preset upper limit value, the upper limit relay will act; when the analog digital display exceeds the given lower limit value, the lower limit relay will act to make the material level control fluctuate up and down within the artificially given range .
