Working principle of rotary packaging machine
1、 Mechanical part
Operating principle: The packaging machine is driven by a 1.5KW rotating motor, which drives the main shaft to rotate the rotating cylinder. The gate arm moves under the action of the collision wheel, and the hook opens the gate. When the weight reaches 50KG, the electromagnet will engage, the hook will fall off, and the curved arm will quickly reset under the action of the spring, causing the gate to close. When reaching the position of the belt, the dropping electromagnetic coil is engaged and the cement bag falls off.
The common faults are as follows:
1. The gate cannot be opened (for the following reasons)
(1) The collision wheel bolt is loose and the position has changed (most or a few gate plates).
(2) The fastening bolts on the collision rod are loose (some gate plates), causing a change in the length of the collision rod. At this time, the collision rod should be adjusted inward so that the curved arm opens and passes through the hook by 3mm.
(3) The hook cannot clamp the curved arm, and it is necessary to check whether the hook can freely return to its original position. Is the hook too tight on the curved arm? Adjust the upper thread to make the hook clamp on the curved arm by 2-3MM
(4) The ash nozzle gets stuck on the gate due to material accumulation or debris (check if the gate operates flexibly)
2. The gate cannot be closed
(1) The electromagnet is damaged
(2) The limit screw on the curved arm is loose, which restricts the gate from moving upwards
(3) Due to debris in the ash nozzle causing the gate to get stuck, the four screws on the ash seat should be loosened to allow the gate to reset freely
3. Bag throwing phenomenon
(1) The belt compactor cannot firmly press the cement bag. The wire on the bag compactor should be adjusted to have a gap of about 3MM with the bag compactor. The bolt "7" and block "4" on the ash pipe can also be adjusted to ensure the gap between the wire and the bag compactor, but it should be adjusted uniformly and within a reasonable range
(2) Check if the bag pressing wheel is worn out too much, you can switch the position of the bag pressing wheel or replace it
(3) The block "4" cannot clamp the ash nozzle. Firstly, observe whether the electromagnet and the cover can return freely. If not, polish the electromagnet rod to make it flexible. Secondly, check whether the block on the cover can clamp the ash nozzle wheel with a gap of about 1MM (this gap can be adjusted with the limit screw on the ash nozzle)
4. Impeller jamming phenomenon
Due to the presence of impurities such as welding rods in the cement, the ash discharge impeller may get stuck. At this time, the motor cannot rotate and will automatically shut down. To handle this, the side cover should be opened and the impeller should be rotated in the opposite direction to remove the impurities. When covering the side cover, the protruding part of the side cover should be placed at the ash discharge nozzle position to increase the ash discharge pressure
5. Do not start the motor or drop the package
Check if the proximity switch iron on the rotating cylinder cover can sense the proximity switch, with an effective gap of 2MM. Also, check if the circuit is normal and if the electromagnet is damaged
6. The ash outlet is blocked
When the moisture content of cement is high, the ash outlet will be blocked and the packaging machine will not release ash. The ash outlet should be promptly opened and compressed air should be turned on
II Electrical part
1. The entire operation program of the packaging machine is controlled by a microcomputer scale (RWK-1). When the microcomputer program is reset (output 1 light flashes), the motor is started (output 1 light lights up). When it reaches 50KG, the gate solenoid will be closed and the gate will be closed (output 2 light flashes), and then the package dropping signal will be output (output 3 light lights up). When it reaches the belt, the package dropping iron will induce the proximity switch to close the package dropping solenoid and cause the cement package to fall off. When this series of actions are not available, check whether the proximity switch, relay, and solenoid are normal, and whether the microcomputer scale has 12V output. It is worth noting that when the ash output does not reach the given (50KG), the output 2 light and output 3 light are... It won't light up, there won't be any corresponding actions, and there won't be any packet loss afterwards Understanding the program is important.
2. The feeder is not rotating
(1) Check if the feeder is stuck
(2) Is the high and low material level proximity switch damaged.
(3) The proximity switch's iron sensing position is incorrect.
(4) Is there any thermal overload relay or circuit breaker tripping caused by motor overload
(5) Check if the circuit is broken or if the contactor or circuit breaker is damaged
3. Do not drop packets
(1) Whether the dropping electromagnet is damaged: If the light is on when the proximity switch is sensed (the bag sorting machine needs to be started) and the dropping contactor is activated, check the dropping electromagnet circuit and electromagnet (loose or broken wire, damaged traction electromagnet module or split electromagnet)
(2) Whether the proximity switch is damaged: If the bag drop relay is closed and the relay normally open contact is closed, if the voltage at both ends of the proximity switch is 220V, it indicates that the proximity switch is disconnected or damaged
(3) Check if the relay coil is damaged, whether the coil voltage is 12V, and whether the corresponding wire ends are loose or disconnected; Does the motherboard have a 12V voltage output; Does the green and neutral wires of the voltage regulator have a 12V voltage output? If the voltage regulator has a 12V voltage output but the motherboard does not have a 12V output, it indicates that the motherboard's electronic tube is faulty or the 2003A integrated block is damaged
(4) In order to reduce the occurrence of motherboard and circuit faults in microcomputers and provide good heat dissipation conditions for electronic components on the motherboard, the day shift uses the lunch break of migrant workers to clean the motherboard and box of microcomputers; Electrical personnel tighten and test the looseness of the microcomputer weighing motherboard circuit (i.e. test pulling the wire head) every Sunday night shift
4. Calibration and Adjustment of Microcomputer Scale
(1) System calibration
When the displayed value of the microcomputer scale has a large error from the actual value, it needs to be recalibrated. First, press the calibration button, and the digital display will show H. This value should be within the range of 15-20 KG in the world. If it is not, adjust the left potentiometer (WI) on the circuit board to 15-20 KG and press the confirm button. Press the peel button to return to the weighing state, add a 50KG standard weight, and check if the display is 50KG. If not, adjust the right potentiometer (W2) on the circuit board to display 50KG. Remove the weight and check if the display is 0. If not, press the peel button, add the 50KG weight, adjust the right potentiometer to display 50KG, remove the weight, and press the peel button several times until it is added. The weight is 50KG, remove the weight until it reaches 0
(2) Adjustment of package weight
After the calibration is completed, the actual package weight needs to be weighed and the upper limit of the package weight needs to be adjusted: for example, if the package weight is 49KG and 1KG needs to be adjusted, press the function key to display 050.20. On the basis of this value, 1KG needs to be added. First, press the preset key to display the original data as 0, enter 5, 1, 2, 0 in sequence, press the confirm key, and then press the function key again. This value is the cumulative production. Press it again to return to the weighing state. In this way, the set value changes from 50.20 to 51.20, increasing by 1KG
(3) The weight of the bag with 8 ash discharge nozzles must be controlled between 49.5-50.5KG, and there are 4 nozzles between 49.5-50KG and 4 nozzles between 50.0-50.5KG. Balance the values of the 8 nozzles and control the total weight of 20 packs of cement between 1000KG-1006KG.
