Product OverviewDEL/DEMSpeed regulating quantitative feeder, more applications in cement, mining, especially for mill batching feeding control DEL/DEM quantitative feeding belt scale - control process, for the continuous dynamic measurement and quantitative feeding of bulk, lumpy, powdery materials. This series of quantitative feeder is an ideal equipment for continuous weighing and feeding of bulk materials. The force transmission mechanism is a tubular frame roller structure, and the weighing frame adopts H-type steel or steel plate bending and molding box structure, which has large rigidity and good stability. It is not only suitable for conventional environment, but also suitable for acid, alkali, salt and atmospheric corrosive environment, widely used in building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, coal, coking, mining, tobacco, grain, environmental protection, port and other industries, the measurement accuracy of ≤ ± 0.5%, it is the ideal choice to replace the imported equipment.
Equipment CompositionThe main components of the typical system are feeding hopper, feeder body, transmission device, load cell, speed sensor, frequency converter, weighing control instrument, which can be connected with DCS system through RS-485 serial or bus communication interface to realize DCS control. The host adopts standard industrial control host, IPC-810 (Advantech host) with reliable performance; it can be simultaneously divided into two groups of 16-way scales for dosage metering control (e.g. two mills). And it has formula calculation, automatic input of ingredients, multi-page display and automatic online reminder. It can be conveniently composed with the upper computer for centralized control (DCS).
Performance Characteristics1. Parallel beam load cell is adopted, with high accuracy of force/electricity conversion. The mounting bracket of the load cell can ensure that its force is not impacted by lateral force, and the overload protection ability is strong, so that the sensor is not easy to be damaged.
2、The scale has automatic belt tensioning and automatic deviation correction device to keep the belt tension constant and alarm signal output for belt deviation exceeding the limit.
