PL series concrete batching machine is a kind of foreground automatic batching equipment used with mixer. It can automatically complete the batching and mixing procedures of various species according to the material proportioning requirements set by the user. This series of products adopts electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, with the advantages of accurate weighing, high batching accuracy, high distribution efficiency, high degree of automation, easy to operate, etc. It is one of the main equipments in the production equipment of many kinds of fertilizers, and the complete set of equipment of full-automatic concrete mixing plant. The equipment is composed of storage hopper, weighing system, feeding system, electric control system and other parts. Adopting different numbers of hoppers and different measuring methods, it can be flexibly and freely combined, and is the ideal batching equipment for each mixer.
This equipment is universal for large, medium and small mixing stations in various industries. It is mainly used for quantitative distribution of concrete or various fertilizers.
