  The mortar material for packing is conveyed by bucket elevator to the intermediate bin for storage of anti-segregation. The mortar material stored in the intermediate warehouse is fed evenly by the screw gate to regulate the flow and impeller feeder, and then it enters into the rotating cylinder of the packaging machine through the flap locking ash valve, chute and soft connection. The material of the rotating cylinder body enters into each ash hopper from the small bins separated at the bottom of the cylinder body, and enters into each ash nozzle through the high-speed impeller, and is filled into the packing bag. The rotating speed of the cylinder adopts frequency conversion speed control, with a range of 0.45~4.5 rpm, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the working speed of the workers. The material level control within the rotating cylinder is realized by the opening and stopping of the suspended material level control mechanism, which ensures that there is always enough material in the cylinder body. The rotating cylinder realizes the fixed-point insertion of bags, fixed-point dropping of bags, and makes the material in the cylinder evenly distributed. The whole filling process is controlled by electromechanical integration, in addition to manual bag insertion, bag pressure, mouth opening, bag filling, weighing and measuring, fixed-point bag dropping and other functions can be completed automatically. Each of the eight mouths has an electrical control box, which is equipped with a microcomputer control system. The control box is powered by power supply slip ring.
