The MHB50-XA series digital control cement packing machine features:
1. Calibration-free weighing system, easy to operate.

The cement for packing is transferred through a bucket elevator to a vibrating screen. After filtering out the impurities, the cement enters an intermediate bin for storage. The stored cement, regulated by a spiral gate, and fed evenly by an impeller feeder, goes through a flip board dust-locking valve, a chute and a soft connector into the rotary barrel.
The cement in the rotary barrel enters dust buckets through small separated material bins at the bottom of the barrel, then enters dust nozzles through the fast-spinning impeller, and is finally filled into cement bags. The spinning velocity is regulated by frequency control, with the regulation range being 0.45-4.5 RPM, and it can also be adjusted to workers’ speed of working. The material level inside the rotary barrel is controlled by switching on/off the suspended material level control mechanism, which ensures that there will always be sufficient material inside the barrel. The rotating barrel realizes fixed point bag inserting and bag dropping, and evenly distributes the materials inside. The whole filling process is controlled mechanically and electronically. Except manual bag inserting, all functions like cement bag pressing, opening of material outlet, bag filling, weighing & metering, and fixed point bag dropping can be done automatically. The eight nozzles each has an electrical equipment control box, in which microprocessor control systems are installed. The control boxes are powered by slip rings.
